Forum on Dementia & Alzheimer’s

This is the third forum hosted by Spring Hill United Methodist Church and will be led by Dr. David Hutchings, a national specialist in neuropathology and dementia.  The forum is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and is designed to offer clinical guidance and education for patients who suffer from dementia, Alzheimer’s and cognitive related deficits, as well as their families and caregivers.  For more information about the forum, please contact the church office at (931) 486-2806 or by email at shmethodistchurch@charter.net.
